Carpal Tunnel Exercises and weights DO NOT MIX
Why?
The main reason is you do not want to do yourself any more damage. Your body is still healing and you need to avoid excessive strain and imbalance. If you try to do too much too quick you may end up doing more damage.
When you have no more pain you can think about using weights. But in the mean time make sure you do not over do it.
Rehabilation from Carpal Tunnel really should not involve any weights. Once you are back to 100% again. Then feel free to start using some weights or weight training. But rehabilation should be slow, there is enough weight in your body as it is without using extra weights.
So while in recovery don't risk it. Take it easy. When you on top of the game again, go for your life.
